The company. The family. The people who need you. You keep showing up. But somewhere along the way, you stopped showing up for yourself.
Your body’s tired. Your mind won’t switch off. The things that matter get what’s left of you.
You don’t need another demand on your calendar. You need space to get honest, rebuild your capacity and decide how you want to lead the next chapter.
You were built with a big engine. You’ve been driving it at thirty.
THE NEXT FORTY YEARS
Stronger in your body. Clearer in your mind. More present where it matters.
Not a weekend to prove how tough you are.
A place to become more of the man you want to be.
40
THE EXPERIENCE
Leave the noise. Bring the real you.
Forty hours on a ranch outside Houston. Real training, honest conversations and decisions that follow you home.
PHOTO · THE POND AT DAWN
Wide shot of Canyon Ranch. Quiet water, low morning light.
FRIDAY · ARRIVE
Put down what you carry.
Drive past the last stoplight. Meet the men. Settle into the ranch. For a little while, you don’t have to be the answer to everyone else’s questions.
Arrival from 3 pm · Orientation at 4 pm
SATURDAY · REBUILD
Body. Mind. Same team.
Train outdoors, coached and scaled to your starting point. Then sit down with a page and the questions you’ve been avoiding: where your time goes, what matters and who gets what’s left of you.
Coached training · Reflection · Practical planning
SATURDAY NIGHT · CONNECT
Say the things out loud.
Sit by the fire with men who carry what you carry. No performance. No perfect answers. Honest conversation, mutual respect and room to say the things out loud.
Brotherhood · Respect · Real conversation
SUNDAY · RETURN
Leave with a direction.
Write down what you decided and who it’s for. Leave with a practical next step for your body, your priorities and the people who count on you.
Written decisions · Your next chapter
ONE MAN. NOT SEPARATE LIVES.
Build capacity. Carry it into everything.
Health, fatherhood, relationships and leadership are connected. We work on the person behind all of them.
01 / BODY
A body you can count on.
Coached outdoor training, an honest starting point and a practical approach to food and movement that fits real life.
Mind
Image space · Time to think and reflect
02 / MIND
Clarity before the next decision.
Look at where your time and attention go. Put priorities on paper. Build a plan that still makes sense on a hard Monday.
Spirit
Image space · Purpose and connection
03 / SPIRIT
Know what you’re building for.
Make space for purpose, honest reflection and the people you want to be present for. Think beyond success to legacy.
WHAT YOU DRIVE HOME WITH
Not a high. A way forward.
The weekend is the interruption. What follows is the point.
Business. Family. Leadership. Training. Experience earned in life, not just on a stage.

THE TOTALFIT METHOD
A decade of asking a better question. What makes us whole?
For over ten years, Totalfit has developed a holistic approach to health that brings body, mind and spirit into the same conversation.
Its work reaches beyond the workout: educating coaches, building community and exploring how physical training can support a more meaningful life.
The aim is optimal health — strength, perspective and purpose working together.
Build your capacity.
Movement and physical challenges help you reconnect with what your body can do. At the ranch, effort is coached and adapted to your starting point.
Make room for clarity.
Step away from the noise. Guided reflection and honest conversations create space to notice patterns and decide what deserves your attention.
Reconnect with purpose.
Explore the values, relationships and sense of calling that shape your life. Bring your questions and your own starting point.
At The 40 Hours, these are connected experiences: move, reflect, connect — then bring what matters home.
A man talking about support, belonging and the value of training together.

OUR COMMITMENT
If the weekend isn’t what you hoped, tell us before you leave Sunday and we’ll refund your money.
COME AS YOU ARE. COME WILLING.
You don’t have to have it together. Just be ready to show up.
This is for men around 40 and beyond — founders, fathers, leaders and men who work for someone else. Responsibility doesn’t need a job title.
You’re willing to be honest and listen.
You want growth across your whole life.
You respect the man next to you.
You’re ready for coached physical activity scaled to your starting point.
This is a physical event, not medical treatment or a weight-loss programme. Discuss activity suitability with the team before committing if you have health concerns.
No. The physical work is coached and scaled to your starting point. Tell the team about any limitations before booking so you can discuss whether this event is suitable for you.
Is this only for business owners?
No. You might run a company, lead a team or work for someone else. The experience is about the man behind your responsibilities.
I’m older than forty. Is this for me?
Yes. The experience welcomes men from their mid-thirties to mid-sixties. The focus is your next chapter, not a birthday cutoff.
What about faith?
You don’t have to be a Christian to come. There is no church service or worship set. Purpose, values and the spiritual dimension of life are part of the conversation, alongside body and mind.
Where do we sleep and eat?
Queen and twin beds are available in the lodge, allocated first come, first served. Meals are prepared on site. Discuss food allergies directly with the team before attending.
What should I bring?
Clothes for the weekend, extra workout clothes, swim shorts and a notebook. The team can confirm your final packing list before you arrive.
Can I keep my phone?
There is cell service. You’re encouraged to switch off and be present, but the organisers understand that an important call may need your attention.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A friend, brother, son or business partner can apply too. Choose the two-seat early-bird option for you and a friend. The team can confirm the details for the second guest.
What does the price include?
Accommodation for two nights, meals and the activities on the ranch are included. You arrange your own travel. Early-bird pricing is $1,000 for one seat or $1,800 for two. Standard pricing is $1,300 for one or $2,400 for two after October 31st.
What if I need to cancel? Can my company pay?
Speak with the team about cancellation before booking. Company invoicing is available. The event offer also includes a refund if you attend and tell the organisers before leaving Sunday that the experience wasn’t what you hoped.
What happens after Sunday?
You’ll hear from the organisers after the weekend. You’re encouraged to stay connected with the men you meet. The exact follow-up schedule can be confirmed with the team.
MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR NEXT CHAPTER.
Forty hours. Your next move.
Choose your place at the ranch.
Time to invest in the man behind your responsibilities. Two nights, meals, coaching and the ranch experience — all included.
